At Zhagaram Wellness, we take great care in preparing, packing, and shipping our products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and delivered.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
• change of mind
• incorrect product selection by the customer
• dislike of fragrance, texture, or natural variation
• delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the outer package and product
• a short description of the issue
After review, if the issue is found to be genuine, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution at our sole discretion.
Natural Variations
Our products are made with traditional ingredients and careful processes. Because of this, slight variations in color, aroma, texture, or consistency may occur naturally. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed may not be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
