Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During launches, festive periods, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
Other parts of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes happen due to courier issues, weather, remote-area service limitations, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We request your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

incorrect or incomplete shipping address
incorrect phone number
recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
your order number
clear photos of the package and product
a short description of the issue

We will review the case and assist you as quickly as possible.

Natural Variations

As many of our products are made with traditional ingredients and careful small-batch processes, slight variations in color, aroma, texture, or consistency may occur. These natural variations do not indicate damage or defect.
