I'm a mechanical engineer. I'm built to trust a number, not a word — and edible oil has numbers most brands would rather you never ask about. Aflatoxin. Sulphur dioxide. Acid value. The contaminants that quietly fail a lot of Indian oils.

So I built Zhagaram the other way around. Copra sun-dried by local farmers without sulphur. Iron chekku cold-pressed. And every batch tested — and the report published against the code on your bottle.

I left a corporate career to build this from scratch, on terms I could stand behind. No inherited name. No borrowed legacy. Just oil I can prove — one batch at a time.

Our mill sits in the heart of Pollachi's coconut belt. We source our copra directly from local farmers we know personally — no middlemen, no compromises on raw material.
